By accessing or using Axe Suite, including Axe DSA, Axe Tasker, and Axe AI Hub (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these exhaustive Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and Vatsal Goyal, the sole developer and owner of Axe Suite.
Axe Suite provides a suite of productivity and engineering tools designed to enhance workflow efficiency. This includes algorithm tracking, task management, and AI integration. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice or liability.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Vatsal Goyal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. No right, title, or interest in or to the Services or any content on the Services is transferred to you.
Your privacy is important. Our data collection and use practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Code snippets and tasks stored within Axe Suite are private to your account unless explicitly shared.
IN NO EVENT WILL VATSAL GOYAL, AXE SUITE, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

NEITHER VATSAL GOYAL NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH AXE SUITE MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vatsal Goyal, Axe Suite, and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
All matters relating to the Services and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of India without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts or the courts of the State of India.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
