By accessing or using any Axe Suite service (axeHome, axeTasker, or axeDSA), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Axe Suite services are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of any service.
Authentication is handled via Google Sign-In. By signing in, you grant Axe Suite access to your basic Google profile (name, email, profile picture) for the purposes of account creation and session management. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google service.
Your tasks, notes, and DSA progress are stored in a secure, isolated database linked to your Google account ID. Your data is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
Axe Suite services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or continued availability. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
All designs, code, and content within Axe Suite are the intellectual property of the creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
Axe Suite and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to loss of data.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
